Ardán, Inc., A Community of Companies is Hiring a National Rates and Forms Administrator Near Denver, CO

Position Summary:Responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of Westcor forms, used for the purpose of issuing title insurance products ensuring ownership protection in real estate transactions. Supporting and managing communications and functions related to software vendors. Tracking and maintaining records related to forms and rates. Initiating and tracking the filing of forms and rates with state authorities used in pricing insurance products. Providing information related to forms and rates, including responding to inquiries and requests as Westcor’s forms and rates point of contact.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, extreme attention to detail, the ability to properly organize documentation, effectively prioritize projects, willingness and ability to take initiative, work independently, and the ability to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, Microsoft Word, Windows workspace applications, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Essential Functions:
  • Create, edit, maintain, and organize Westcor forms
  • Track and update Westcor form and rate filings, including filings submitted by state rating bureaus and form adoptions by various title insurance associations
  • Create and maintain numerous spreadsheets and lists as they relate to forms and rates
  • Compile, prepare, and submit documentation for form and/or rate filings with state Departments of Insurance, utilizing the SERFF Filing System
  • Research state form and rate filings, utilizing SERFF Access search
  • Create and update Tasks in Outlook as they relate to assigned projects and state filing submittals
  • Updating and distribution of Status Reports
  • Distribution of form and/or rate updates, including updates to various title insurance software vendors, utilizing Share File
  • Update forms and rates within the eWestcor application/system
  • Maintain Forms and Rates Administration documentation, including Westcor Forms Library
  • Liaise with Software vendors by managing the process as it relates to them
  • Respond to requests and queries from a variety of Westcor staff, as they relate to forms and rates
  • Coordinating with State Regional Counsels related to Westcor’s Rate Calculator testing
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Word, Windows workspace applications, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to independently prioritize work
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Able to efficiently fulfill assignments in a timely manner and be responsible and responsive to the same
Education / Experience:
  • High School degree; additional five years of professional work experience
  • Experience with title insurance software vendor providers is preferred but not required
