Role Description :
The Strategy Analyst will join our Business Transformation team and will primarily support both the Strategy and PMO functions. This position will work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to all areas of the AMP North America business unit. They should be results-oriented, have a natural curiosity for solving problems and be equally comfortable in team and independent work environments.
Key Responsibilities :

• Support VP of Strategy in financial modeling, business metric reporting, and operational support related to the business unit's long-range planning.
• Structure, organize and manage a database of customer (brand owner and consumer) and competitor information to be gathered via internal resources and external research to understand industry trends and guide commercial opportunities.
• Progress PMO stage gates and initiative execution alongside the Director of Transformation by meeting with initiative owners, documenting progress and issues and facilitating the removal of roadblocks where needed.
• Help prepare regional functional PMO content by becoming a super user of the OnePlan tool and managing PowerBI dashboards.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications :

• University/Bachelor's degree in related subject
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills: can work with large data sets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Computer skills: Applicants should possess advanced excel skills and be proficient in PowerPoint for presentation purposes, experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) a plus
• High level of dependability and organization
• A strong desire to learn new skills and information
• Ability to travel up to 15%
