Ardagh Metal Packaging is Hiring an Apprentice Operator Near Dolton, IL

Responsibilities
  • Complete all books and schooling required by the Apprenticeship Guidelines
  • Work on forming department machines to grasp functionality
  • Demonstrate willingness to develop technical skills in relation to forming department functions
  • Follow all environmental and food safety standards
  • Closely follow all Apprenticeship Guidelines
  • Work in other areas of the facility to fully comprehend the production process
Minimum Skills / Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be willing to complete the required 4,000 hours of hands-on experience
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours
  • Must be able to lift twenty (20) pounds
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
