Lovelace Medical Group is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for our Las Estancias Clinic in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Job Summary:

• Provide clinical care to patients from pediatrics to geriatrics in accordance with regulations to include but not limited to obtaining patient history, ordering labs, diagnostic studies, and arranging referrals.
• Working in a fast-paced environment to provide convenient care to patients.
• Ability to work independently to asses patients and either treat or redirect for the type of acuity.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and medical staff to coordinated care.
• Uphold excellent bedside manners and ability to create a great patient experience. Ability to explain medical procedures and plan of care to patients and their families.
• Attends departmental meetings and professional training sessions as requested. Adherence and knowledge of laws to internal medicine, including HIPPA.

Position Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain a New Mexico License
