Network Engineer II
Your role:
As a Network Engineer II, you will be responsible for engineering and support of the network at all our Ardent Mills locations. This position also requires the development of the overall network design, systems integrations, and implementation strategies. Additionally, the position is responsible for documenting all network standards, procedures, and changes. The qualified candidate should be highly proficient with, but not limited to, Cisco routing and switching, HP/Aruba or Cisco wireless, Cisco Viptela SDWAN platform, Palo Alto firewalls, network Quality of Service (QoS), and network management using Cisco DNAC, Solarwinds Orion, or similar platforms. This senior role must be self-motivated, organized, and able to communicate effectively on projects and operational tasks to management.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $125000 - $150000, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
