Ardent Staffing Solutions is Hiring a Quality Technician Near Westborough, MA

We are seeking a Quality Technician for a PCBA CMO in the Westborough, MA region.

  • Temp to Perm
  • $26-$28/hr
  • M-F 7-3:30

Essential Duties:

  • Support production and quality teams for prototype, NPI, and sustaining products with quality control plans.
  • Analyze quality data, lead problem-solving teams, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage DMR, MRB, RMA, and CAPA processes, ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee the CAPA process, initiate CAR/8D, and review customer quality feedback.
  • Ensure the production floor is compliant with company ESD procedure or ANSI/ESD 20.20 standard.
  • Support incoming inspection, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate on validation processes.
  • Maintain QMS documentation, conduct annual internal audits, and support 6S objectives.
  • Resolve critical supplier issues, drive PPM improvements, and participate in supplier audits.

Qualifications: Skills:

  • Experience with PCBA, ISO 9001 and AS 9100.
  • Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing process
  • IPC-A-610 certification preferred.
  • Must have a solid understanding of IPC-A-620 and J-STD-001 requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience/Education:

  • Minimum AS/AA degree. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • 2 years in quality, preferably within PCBA contract manufacturing.
