You'll be at the forefront of assembling electronic components and subassemblies, ensuring top-notch quality every step of the way!

• Temp to Hire
• First Shift
• Pay range is $21-23 / hr
• Hours range from 7am-3 : 30pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Master the art of soldering various component types, both thru hole and surface mount devices, heating soldering iron or work piece to specified temperature for soldering.
• Clean / polish work pieces for soldering by applying flux and ensuring proper alignment.
• Melt and apply solder to file holes, indentations and seams of fabricated metal products using soldering equipment.
• Uphold workmanship standards through examination of the final product.
• Solder, wrap and coat wires to ensure proper insulation.
• Embrace a culture of cleanliness and organization by supporting 5S initiatives.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in repetitive motion tasks, ensuring consistent quality.
• Comfort with wearing protective, safety equipment and engaging in physical activities.
• Keen attention to detail, monitoring processes and materials closely.
• Manual dexterity to handle small components and utilize hand tools effectively.
• Familiarity with MES systems and electronics component identification.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-DVD-64C workmanship standards.

Experience / Education :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of electronic soldering experience.
