Job: Project Administrator
Overview: The Project Administrator will be part of the on-site team in all capital projects included in a multi-billion-dollar Construction Manager @ Risk (CMR) contract at Memphis International Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, break down projects into tasks, and create workflows
Ensures deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Prepare project related documents, reports, and other necessary paperwork
Analyze risks and opportunities, and implements strategies to mitigate project risks
Arrange project meetings, set deadlines, and ensure team members are aware of tasks and timelines
Success Indicators:
Must be extremely organized, self-sufficient, proactive, and detail oriented.
Provide excellent customer service to internal clients.
Ability to work well in fast paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
2 years of experience in the related area
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
Competencies & Skills:
Communication
Setting up project meetings
Assist with planning
Maintain project calendar
Tracking project progress
Improving efficiencies
Ensuring compliance with regulations
Gathering input from Project Managers and developing reports.
