- # of Patients: 8-12 assigned
- First-timers accepted: Yes
- Weekend REQ: No
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 3x throughout a 13-week assignment
- Productivity points & standards for PT: 27 points for a 40 hour week with each visit weighted differently.
- NM license can pend at time of submission
- National Certs REQ: NM license required
- BLS REQ: Yes
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
- Pending State License accepted: Yes
- RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval.
