Job Description:
Are You Am I am seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a sales / marketing associate. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clientele, both in-store and online, contributing to the success of our brand.
Responsibilities:
 

  • Showroom:
    • Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, both in-store and via online channels
    • Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email 
    •  Maintain the presentation of the store and merchandise displays to reflect the brand's aesthetic
    • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business
 
  • Social Media Management:

    • Monitor and respond to social media comments to engage with our community.
    • Check and respond to Instagram DMs promptly.
    • Create and post daily TikTok videos on the brand's page.
  • Public Relations & Outreach:

    • Create PR packages and handle gifting orders to enhance brand visibility.
    • Track and review all posts and stories related to AYAI across all social platforms.
    • Conduct outreach to publications to secure brand features.
  • Email & Communication:

    • Manage email communications related to PR, influencer collaborations, and other brand activities.
  • Stylist Relations:

    • Foster and maintain relationships with stylists to promote our apparel in various settings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales and customer service is preferred
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers both in-person and online
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
