Proficient communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively guiding caregivers and providing them with valuable resources. While fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, it's not required. You should be prepared to engage in continuous learning through specialized training to stay current in your role.Having a comprehensive understanding of training methodologies and community resources will allow you to offer the best support possible. • Demonstrated presentation communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• May be required to successfully complete or maintain specialized training.
• Comprehensive knowledge of training plan curriculum and aid design and development
• Knowledge of area programs
• Community resources and services and internal Agency practices and policies.
• Ability to work with older adults and display compassion empathy and patience
