AREA AGENCY ON AGING, PSA 2 NOTICE OF JOB OPENING
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To recruit, screen and facilitate the certification and enrollment of HCBS waiver providers to provide an adequate supply of services to protect the health and safety and provide for the long term service needs of HCBS waiver enrollees.To provide oversight and planning of OAA providers’ programing and funding.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY FOR JOB OPENING: Bachelor’s degree with minimum of two-year prior experience in home care for the elderly, and /or disabled adults, home health care, medical social work, gerontology or other substitute as approved by the Executive Director.
Excellent verbal & written skills with persuasive ability.
