What you'll be doing :

All things reception- greeting patients, answering phones, checking patients in and out, insurance verifications, etc.

Presenting investment options to patients

Removing barriers to patient care - finding ways to say 'YES!'

As a growing team player you will :

Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture

Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient scheduling, follow ups and great communication with our patients

Be accountable for your role to ensure deadlines are met, goals are met or exceed daily, weekly and monthly

Participate in weekly meetings and share suggestions and ideas for improvement

Find solutions to challenges and take ownership of mistakes

Be someone dependable and reliable (show up on time, stay when the patients need you, have reliable transportation)

Be a culture champion and show support of the company both verbally and in your actions

Present treatment to patients and break down financial arrangements to get patients started in their treatment

Provide patients with a red carpet experience worthy of a 5 star google review -(answer phones with a smile, be positive, empathetic and convey that to patients)

This is a full time position which will include Monday to Friday and some Saturday availability. We know you work hard and believe your experience should align with our expectations.

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive Salary (based on experience)

Incentive plan commensurate with meeting or exceeding goals
