Argus Professional Storage Management is Hiring an Assistant Property Manager Floater for Denver and Aurora Near Aurora, CO

Argus Professional Storage Management is seeking a Floater Assistant Property Manager at a self-storage facility in Denver and Aurora, CO.

Storage experience preferred, but not required. Joining our team means working with some of the most experienced and dedicated self-storage experts in the industry. Our main focus is developing our employees and providing all the tools necessary for a successful career/future in property management. Training and open-ended support is provided for all of our employees.

This position is Full-Time, up to 40 hours a week, with a consistent work schedule:

Monday - Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

WHAT OUR ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERS DO:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations at the facility
  • Work closely with the Property Manager on operational needs
  • Assess, Showcase, and Fulfill Rental Agreements with New Tenants
  • Maintain Tenant Accounts and Delinquencies
  • Maintain Interior and Exterior Facility Appearance and Cleanliness
  • Assist in Growth and Development of the facilities metrics
  • Meet and Exceed Operational Standards

This position includes all aspects of property management including, but not limited to, the use computer software programs, responding to inquiries in a professional manner, communicating with the corporate office, making business decisions, reconciling receipts, following lien procedures, and printing/interpreting of facility reports. Our Management Team depends on our employees to achieve property needs and goals, dependability is essential.
