We are a ballet-focused studio in Placer County seeking a front desk receptionist. Experience in the field is preferred, and teaching opportunities are available for the right candidate. Duties include greeting clients, new student intake, giving class recommendations, answering the phone, processing payments, using studio software, creating marketing content, and light cleaning. Candidate must have knowledgeable and friendly, and feel comfortable communicating with parents and children.
We are located in Rocklin, and offer classes for all ages, organized according to age and level. Many of our students train in multiple styles, and some students are part of our competitive studio company.
Our mission is to provide a solid technical dance foundation, socialization,team-building and performance opportunities in a safe, welcoming and family friendly environment. The receptionist is often the first person a client sees when they arrive, and our goal is to make them feel welcomed, informed and comfortable.
The compensation will be dependent on experience. There will be opportunities for advancement available. The position is part-time and hours are typically weekday afternoons/evenings.
