JOB SUMMARY

The Planner will develop and maintain detailed plans, schedules, and budgets to drive sales for the AAi brands. Communicate and report progress, status, and issues of the plans to the stakeholders while also identifying and managing risks, changes, and dependencies that may affect the plans.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Translate top-down financial goals and strategies into merchandise and Customer plans for each business.
• Partner with Merchants and Sales teams to Develop Merchandise Assortment Plans based on product category sales targets.
• Incorporate Assortments Strategies as part of the Merchandise Financial Plan. Ensure the alignment with the product lifecycle and that sales and inventory targets are achieved based on the introduction of newness, management of replenishment and planned disposition of aged inventory.
• Support demand plans with sale and inventory targets by product and account. Ensure SKU level forecast align with topline financial targets.
• Work with Merchant and Sales to identify risk and modify assortments accordingly.
• Support key business review and hindsight meetings to identify risks and opportunities in the business and recommend strategies to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Analyze and implement promotional strategies in conjunction with merchants and sales to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend strategies for liquidation by Channel / Account.
• Support the design and implementation of key planning processes and tools.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5 years’ experience in merchandise and demand planning functions
• Strong team building skills.
• Collaborative ability to lead and motivate team.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, planning tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
• Flexible, ability to manage changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s Degree
