PurposeThe Bilingual East Valley Attendant Care Department Supervisor coordinates and completes a variety of operational tasks to ensure delivery of quality services to Arion Care Solutions (ACS) members. The Bilingual East Valley Attendant Care Department Supervisor coordinates and ensures areas of compliance for all regulatory standards. The Bilingual East Valley Attendant Care Department Supervisor supervises ATC monitoring and verifies services follow all applicable regulations and policies. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Nursing, Behavioral Services, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience, preferably in a Human Services field
Experience working with 1000 employees who work remotely
Satisfactory background check
Ability to obtain DPS fingerprint clearance card
MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)

Essential Job Functions
Ensure ATC Monitoring occurs as required for all members receiving ATC services and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) providing ATC services per regulations
Train, supervise, and evaluate ATC Monitors
Communicate service provision and other concerns ATC Monitors have found during their visits to the appropriate supervisor
Complete required forms and disseminate to all required internal and external personnel
Upload documentation to software system as required
Assign and manage ATC Monitor caseloads
Follow up on past due visits and emails sent to supervisors regarding difficulty scheduling
Report and track any miscommunication concerns
Run report of weekly past due and 5-day upcoming visits & send weekly reminder emails to all ATC Monitors with past due visits
Manage past due visits
Coordinate and track Emergency Fill-In Visits
Manage certifications
Run Upcoming Visits and Past Due reports (15th of each month with follow up)
Other duties as assigned

The ability to lift items up to 50 lbs., including boxes of paper
The ability to walk, kneel, stand, and bend
Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
Ability to use and work with computer software and data bases to track information, good familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Patience and the ability to exercise restraint and self-control in potentially challenging situations
Ability to quickly respond to health, safety, and emergency situations
Ability to use and work with multiple data bases to research discrepancies, update databases, and maintain spreadsheets and tables

Work EnvironmentThis job operates as a remote telecommuting position, as Arion Care Solutions does not provide a separate workplace at a corporate location. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home and provision for childcare if appropriate. This position may require travel to different locations and in-person meetings.
