Description:

A.R.I.S.E. Community Solutions is a privately owned nonprofit clinic that focuses on mental health counseling and substance use support.

A.R.I.S.E. is looking for a Medical Front Office Receptionist. You must have knowledge of insurance and referrals. We need someone who can multi-function and can handle high volume of patient calls/check in/out.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Part-time position

Must be Punctual

Own Reliable Transportation

Multi-function skills

Positive attitude

Strong customer service skills

Team player

EXPECTED JOB DUTIES:

Checking patients in/out

Answering phones

Referrals

Scheduling appointments

Insurance verification

INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST!
