Job DescriptionBusiness Office Manager / Admissions AssistantThe Business Office Manager / Admissions Assistant works in collaboration with the Administrator, Billers and Admissions Director
Duties

Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized attention to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Duties
- patient admitting and registration
- patient billing and collection, third-party payer relations
- preparation of insurance claims.
- generate budgets, financial statements, and various reports.
- assists the Admissions Director with resident flow, the admissions process and marketing programs for health care services
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in health care financial administration.
- Must have experience in filing applications for NJ Medicaid for long term care facilities
- Must have experience in private pay collection
- Must have experience in MLTSS authorizations
