Arizona Centers For Digestive Health (AZCDH), a Covenant Physician Partner, is searching for a full-time Site Administrator to lead our team at Arizona Advanced Endoscopy, located in Gilbert, AZ.

About the Opportunity

Under Covenant's Reigional Vice President's strategic guidance, the Site Administrator manages business and clinical operations for the Practice and surgery center, focusing on high-quality, cost-efficient patient care. Responsibilities include oversight of clinical, financial, and local HR functions, supported by the team at Covenant Physician Partners' Nashville Service Center.

About the Candidate

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience in the field of nursing, or related field preferred.
• Five years health care leadership experience.
• Five years clinical experience in surgery or procedure healthcare including demonstrated knowledge of sterile technique, working with anesthetized patients, and other clinical situations found in a surgical or procedural setting.
• Active and Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
• Able to use personal computer, including word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail / calendar functions for day-to-day activities.
• Possess a working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment impacting ASC’s, and the applicable standards of the AAAHC, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies for ambulatory surgery centers.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians and all medical professionals.
