Right now this position is currently non-paid. Currently right now our organization is expanding and is in the process of becoming a 501c3 non-profit organization that will serve individuals in 9 different states Including Arizona, New Jersey, Texas, California, Nevada, Indiana, New Mexico, Washington, and Florida state. currently we are also in the process of working on obtaining funding.

Job Description.

As the legal Director for the FSA rights to justice legal aid center. You will oversee the operations of the rights to justice legal staff, this includes Staff attorneys, senior staff attorneys, shareholders/ managing attorneys, legal assistants, legal secretaries, this also may include assistant legal Director, chief legal secretary, and the Rights to Justice Legal aid centers program Manager, this position requires a minimum of 19 years, and a maximum of 24 years of being a practicing licensed attorney. This position requires you to be licensed with the national Association. This position will also require you to oversee attorneys in other state jurisdictions that work within the rights of justice legal aid center. as the legal Director, you will also be the chief legal Counsel for FSA. Obligated to represent FSA within different state jurisdictions on the behalf of business matters. As the legal Director you are responsible for ensuring training, professional development, and ethics conduct for all FSA rights to justice legal aid attorneys and legal staff. This position requires skills in the following areas, Legal, and law administration and management, legal operations, court and trial experience, effective written and verbal communication, strong ambition, Pay close attention to detail, and legal business management experience.

Founder of Family Solutions of America Family Solutions of America was founded by Crystal Cassidy Austin-Bess, Crystal had been on a search of her own to find resources and rights of her own. Due to the lack of finding them she formed Family Solutions of America to provide those resources and access to rights people have.

We Provides direct legal representation to clients in a timely and ethical manner Family Solution of America formally known as Arizona Family Solutions Arizona. Rights To Justice Legal Aid Center main goals, and objective is to provides direct representation in a variety of forums, including but not limited to federal or state court, and before administrative agencies.
