Arizona Flower Market, a part of Arizona Family Florist, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic team in downtown Phoenix. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistics operations of our wholesale flower market, ensuring efficient coordination and delivery of floral products to our valued customers.

The ideal candidate will have great problem-solving skills, analytical thinking ability, and talent at working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a confident and organized individual whom has a knack for multi-tasking and provides clear communication. The goal is to manage the production and delivery of product efficiently and assist the team in resolving unforeseen challenges quickly and resourcefully.

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected and immediate issues affecting to a delivery process daily
• Coordinate multiple delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery using our POS system for valley-wide deliveries, 7 days a week.
• Locate and organize floral arrangement orders for delivery driver pickup
• Supervise and delegate floral arrangement orders for 10-15 floral designers
• Communicate between multiple depts and individuals. Answer phones calls, electronic messages, and emails to support delivery drivers and customers
• Process incoming orders via phone and computer system
• · Additional support in warehouse duties as needed. These duties may include; picking and pulling delivery orders. Process fresh flowers for sale and inventory.

Requirements/Qualifications

• · General knowledge of the phoenix valley area (for planning driver routes)
• · Must be dependable and on time for all scheduled shifts.
• · Must be willing to work some holidays and mandatory overtime during the industries holiday “black out” periods
• · Physical Requirements: ability to stand and walk throughout entire scheduled shifts and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• · Personality Traits must include; highly organized, analytical, multi-tasker, excellent communicator, and creative problem solver who thrives under pressure.
• · Routing/Dispatch experience is preferred but not required. Management is willing to train the right individual who has verified the ability to learn computer programs quickly.
• · Bilingual speaker in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
