Arizona Heart and Vascular Clinic is Hiring an Experienced Medical Office Receptionist Near Glendale, AZ

We are looking for a Medical Office Receptionist to join our busy Cardiovascular practice in North Glendale. Experience is required.

Responsibilities to include :

  • Greeting patients
  • Check In
  • Scheduling
  • Co-pay and balance collection
  • Insurance verification
  • Data entry
  • Answering phones
  • General office duties
  • Maintaining an organized and orderly office

Qualifications

- Medical office experience, including proficiency in Athena Health
- Strong background in medical administrative support and patient service
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Experience with medical records management and maintaining confidentiality

Must be reliable, detail oriented, punctual, and professional.

Athena EMR experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: DOE, DOQ

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
