Position Overview:

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing clinical research projects from inception through completion. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and stakeholders to ensure the highest research integrity and participant care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the research team, participants, and external entities, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Manage participant recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
• Collect, manage, and analyze research data with meticulous attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including consent forms, case report forms, and study protocols.
• Coordinate logistics for study implementation, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant compensation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in clinical research coordination, preferably within a cardiovascular research setting.
• Strong understanding of research methodology, clinical trial regulations, and ethical guidelines (e.g., IRB, HIPAA).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
