Arizona Small Business Association - ASBA is Hiring a Programs Coordinator Near Phoenix, AZ

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Programs Coordinator at ASBA. The Programs Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various programs and initiatives. Daily tasks include organizing events, coordinating resources, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking program progress. The Programs Coordinator will work from our office in Phoenix, AZ, with the flexibility to work remotely on Tuesday and Friday weekly.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of programs and associated events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling program processes and content.
  • Support event logistics management, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
  • Utilize multiple communication channels such as social media, email marketing, and networking to promote programs and events.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with ASBA members, sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring programs align with their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor program outcomes and collect feedback to continuously improve programs and enhance participant satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to program activities and participants.
  • Assist the Vice President of Programs and other staff with special projects as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a programs coordinator or in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel), database management tools (such as Monday), and social media platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Adaptability and professionalism in interacting with various stakeholders
  • Ability to engage in conflict resolution and maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Initiative and creativity in problem-solving and task execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
