Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive impression. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering personalized assistance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and courteously.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of concerns.
• Perhaps most importantly we are looking to hire someone who can develop new ways we can amaze the parents and donors we work with.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on active listening.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
