Financial Data Processing:

• Identify, retrieve, and analyze financial information from various enterprise systems. 
• Assist with data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• May assist with updating financial databases and spreadsheets with current information.

Report Assistance: 

• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of assigned reports used to ensure proper system maintenance and application of fund management principles.
• Prepare financial and other ad hoc reports as needed by the Office of Budget and Planning.
• May conduct preliminary analysis of financial trends
• Other projects and duties as needed and assigned.

Financial Tracking:

• Track revenues, expenditures, and changes in fund balances.
• Ensure funds are used in accordance with management, Arizona Board of Regents, and legislative intent.
• Report discrepancies or unusual financial activities to supervisor for further investigation
• Help maintain documentation related to fund management and compliance requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): 

• Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and practices.
• Ability to perform basic financial analyses and interpret data.
• Precision in handling financial data and reports.
• Effective verbal and written communication for reporting and collaborating with team members.
