Asa Senior Scheduler, you'll be responsible for coordinating and developing the creation and maintenance of resource loaded project schedules for both newLEGOLAND and existing estate projects.

About the Role...

• Coordinate and develop the overall project schedule plan, follow up, inspect, and submit progress reports according to the project milestones.
• Set up Procurement plan and milestones tracker, set up public tendering progress and update plan.
• Review, follow up and inspect the schedule plan of each contractor and vendors, and report the existing problems to the project in time;
• Responsible for the correction and rectification works of project schedule.
• Track the progress of theme park supplies and installation facilities, ride and show equipment, testing & commissioning, and CESI inspection schedule.
• Review the weekly work plan submitted by each contractor.
• Arrange and summarize daily, weekly and monthly, quarterly reports for the project
• Compile and organize various report materials according to the requirement of the Group Project Director.
• Organize and archive the documents and materials for project schedule management during the project completion stage.

About You...

• At least 10 years of construction project scheduling experience is required. We are looking for an individual who has extensive experience with recreation and or entertainment facility construction (e.g. shopping malls, hotels, resorts, theme parks, waterparks).
• Individuals with international complex project experience are preferred. 
• Proficiency in using Primavera P6 and MS Project, Excel, PPT software.
• Bachelor’s degree and above, project management, engineering course, plan statistics and other related majors;
• Proficiency in both the written and spoken English language.
• A valid passport and a willingness to travel internationally to visit project sites and review project schedules in detail with local supervisory staff members.
