Duties and Responsibilities

• Create lessons/units using authentic materials for learning Hindi, incorporating current social issues as thematic content.
• Create detailed lesson plans for the developed units to be used by other instructors.
• Ensure all materials are culturally relevant, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Review and revise materials based on the project’s objectives and feedback from students and colleagues.
• Work closely with project leader to develop and refine units.
• Work with tutors to execute the lessons and provide feedback.
• Participate in regular project meetings to discuss progress and share updates.
• Present the project at a conference and gather feedback from attendees to inform future improvements.

• Skill of working with a self-instructional language program.
• Ability to develop high-quality educational content.

• Ability to incorporate and synthesize feedback
