Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and experienced Channel Sales Growth Specialist to lead our company's expansion into new markets and channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales, e-commerce channels, and marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset to play a key role in owning our global sales channels and driving company growth. Manage and grow the company’s existing sales and distribution channels, including but not limited to: e-commerce, wholesale B2B, public sector and government, and Amazon marketplaces
Identify and pursue new sales channels, including but not limited to: third party marketplaces, social media platforms, emerging channels, wholesale partners, and brick & mortar retail
Develop and execute successful channel sales and marketing plans, including strategies, objectives, and KPIs to drive growth
Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business objectives
Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, industry trends, market landscapes, and reseller activities and recommend adjustments to optimize results
Identify sales channel strengths and weaknesses and implement strategies to improve
Manage product listings for accuracy, consistency, and comprehensive ownership across channels
Monitor channels for infringements and liaise with the company’s brand protection procedures to enforce IP
RequirementsRequirements:
5 years of experience in channel sales management, growth marketing, or business development for similar company(s)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets across channels in similar role
Strong understanding of e-commerce, sales channels, and digital marketing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decisions
Ability to work independently on most projects as well as part of a broader team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Attention to detail & proactive mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Positive attitude
Experience growing domestic and international B2B wholesale accounts and willingness to travel within and outside of the US to visit if needed
Willingness to wear many hats, assisting and collaborating with other departments as needed
Nice to Have:
Experience with Amazon and other marketplaces and/or social media platforms
Knowledge of channel marketing best practices and emerging trends
Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
