Job Description: IT Project Manager
The IT Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and completing IT projects, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and of high quality. This role involves planning, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of a project. The PM will develop, clarify, and manage project scope and prepare reports for upper management.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Track and communicate project issues, scope changes, and contingencies.
• Shift tasks seamlessly while maintaining long-term goals.
• Understand the impact of changes on applications and systems.
• Communicate project information to stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborate across the agency to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in a related field.
• Five years of recent project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• 10 years of experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects.
• PMP Certification.
• At least 3 years of IT consulting experience.
• SCRUM Master and/or Product Owner experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Tools: Project, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, Azure DevOps.
• Skilled in conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with management, business, and technical personnel.
