**Responsibilities:**

* Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone

* Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems

* Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware

* Providing technical assistance for questions and problems

* Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems

* Diagnosing system errors and other issues

* Following up with clients to ensure full resolution of issues

* Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods

* Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems

* Installing or changing software to fix issues

* Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems

* Develop methods for improving current processes, procedures and customer relationships

* Promote and implement company standards

* Required to work non-standard (On-Call) hours, nights, weekends (on rotational basis) and/or holidays

* Other duties as assigned

* 6 months-1 year of IT internship or job experience

* College degree with computer-related courses or a combination of education, bootcamp, or related experience

* Knowledge of DB structure and schemas

* Experience with Microsoft Excel

* Knowledge of data analytics and statistics

* Demonstrated usage of analytical or BI related tools

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship

* Ability to work onsite at office in Rogers, AR and remotely when needed
