We are looking for a School Technology Coordinator who is eager to join the founding team at The School for Advanced Studies – Northwest Arkansas!

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Coordinator to join our team. As a Technology Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing technology initiatives within our organization. This position requires a strong background in working with students, as well as expertise in educating and managing technology resources in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate technology into the curriculum and instructional practices

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues

- Manage and maintain computer labs, equipment, and software licenses

- Develop and deliver technology training sessions for faculty, staff, and students

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in education

- Assist with the implementation of educational technology tools and platforms

- Ensure the security and privacy of data and information systems

- Collaborate with vendors to procure and maintain technology resources

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Strong knowledge of educational technology tools, software applications, and learning management systems

- Experience in higher education teaching or education administration is highly desirable

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a diverse team

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
