Small architecture firm specializing in eco-friendly residential work.
Full time. This is not a remote or freelance position.
Skills/Requirements:
Motivated individual with Bachelors degree plus job experience in the field of Architecture. Prefer proficiency in Archicad - BIM modeling ability a must. Strong knowledge of California Building Codes and experience with zoning codes. Competent in Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and ability to work independently. All AAI associates manage their own projects with tasks including, coordinating consultants, agency processing, architectural field surveys, design concept, production of design and working drawings representing design intent and in compliance with codes. Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines. Must be able to travel to job site and public agencies. Prefer residency within 30 miles of Ventura.
Working hours: Up to 40 hours per week.
Compensation: Negotiate based on experience/ability. Benefits include paid time off, holidays and health insurance after trial period.
