ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for an OPEX Coordinator at our Orange Manufacturing site.

As an OPEX Coordinator, you will:

Have the responsibility to support and assist in the development of the Orange Site Transformation and LEAPs programs as a means of continuous improvement and overall realization of ARLANXEO’s purpose and strategy.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Supporting the development of LEAPS/T2W Initiatives at the Site
• Coordinate improvement efforts between work groups internal and external
• Provide coaching and support on routes/tools to improvement teams
• Support sites efforts towards 5s/ Lean manufacturing and promote visual management
• Work with internal and external groups to develop best operating practices
• Coordinate assigned pillar activities to ensure progress and development of LEAPS Pillars

In order to accomplish this you will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a rubber manufacturing facility required
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma and 5S is preferred;
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills required;
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize work and be able to adapt and adjust to changing circumstances and responsibilities.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Need to be willing and able to make decisions and pursue completion of actions of others.
