Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming Experienced receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our busy dental office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as insurance verifications, ETC . The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking and a TEAM PLAYER.
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
  • Dental office experience with eagle soft
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
    **MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE**
  • **MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR A WORKING INTERVIEW TO BE CONSIDERED
**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OUR SCHEUDLE**
Office Hours Monday-Wednesday 6:30 AM - 3:30PM, Thursday 8:30 AM -5PM, Fridays 6:30AM-1PM. (if you are not able to work these hours please do not apply!)
