• Clinic volume: 20-30 patients/day
• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday (8am-5pm)
• Clinic schedule: 3 clinic days; 1 surgery day; 1 admin day/day off
• Required call is 1:3 weekdays, 1:4 weekends
• Low call burden

Compensation Details

• Base Salary: $514,000 productivity (flexibility to adjust in association with the ideal perm candidate)
• Sign on bonus: $51,400
• Relocation: $10k
