Position Overview

The Influence, Deception, and Perception Management Activities Staff Officer will work as a contractor to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP).

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

• Develop and promulgate strategies and plans for DoD influence, deception, and perception management related operations, activities, and investments.
• Assist leadership in the conduct of oversight and governance, Lo include staff assistance visits and compliance inspections, for DoD influence, deception, and perception management related operations, activities, and investments.
• Develop and coordinate staff packages that include Lime-sensitive requirements for leadership to enable DoD influence, deception, and perception management related operations, activities, and investments.
• Produce and disseminate reports and briefings that detail DoD influence, deception, and perception management related operations, activities, and investments for Congress and Senior Executive Branch officials.

Education and Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with policy development or policy analysis work within the Department of Defense. Relevant fields could include assessments, operational requirements and risk, or operational planning. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with policy development, Activities Staff Officer program oversight, guidance, capabilities development, or resourcing requirements within DoD.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an influence, information operations, or deception position within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
