Job Responsibilities

• Work on-account balances for portfolio assigned.
• Research and implement effective collection techniques.
• Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
• Performs other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support AR.
• Reconciles client accounts and cash applications as necessary
• Provides customer service regarding collection issues as it pertains to anything that a customer requests or needs to ensure payment of past due balances.
• Manage assigned support tickets and resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Previous accounts receivable experience
• Intermediate skills in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Highradius preferred
• Experience in Workday is preferred
