Job Responsibilities

• Correct and / or transfer WIP during billing period
• Print or email invoices and statements to Clients
• Run month-end reports and tie-out with control totals
• Run A / R reports for individual partners
• Make changes on invoices and correct out-of-balance invoices; update and correct client contact information as needed
• Fill out and submit AR adjustment eForms
• Work effectively with other Billing Team members to cross-train across assigned tasks
• Setup new service codes and projects in PPM
• Miscellaneous research as requested
• Run miscellaneous reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Billing Specialist in a professional environment
• Fundamental knowledge of time entry and billing software
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in an accurate manner
• Must possess problem solving and analytical skills to apply knowledge to practical situations and the ability to foresee problems and effect solutions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate and work effectively with all levels of management and staff
• Solid skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, respect for confidentiality and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Have excellent follow through and the ability to effectively prioritize work
• Flexible work schedules may be available including hybrid to one of the Armanino offices or remote
