Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Meet with clients in person to assess their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.

Sales Presentations: Conduct informative and engaging presentations to showcase insurance products and services.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and nurture a sales pipeline to drive revenue and meet targets.

Client Follow-Up: Provide ongoing support to clients, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Networking: Build relationships within the local community to expand business opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and share best practices.

Requirements

Licensing Requirement: Must obtain a property/casualty/life insurance license. Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance-related roles is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated commitment to putting clients' needs first. Local Presence: Reside in or be willing to relocate to Rochester, Minnesota. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
