Position: Armed Flex Officer/FTO

Skills: Must have 5-7 years' experience. Must have FTO/Supervisor experience. Must have excellent customer service. Must have current unarmed/armed guard card

Job Summary:

The Armed Flex Officer/FTO will be responsible for providing armed security services to various locations as assigned. The officer will also be responsible for training and supervising new officers as an FTO. Flex work to insure 40 hours. Pay is 23.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Provide armed security services to various locations as assigned.
• Train and supervise new officers as an FTO.
• Ensure the safety and security of all personnel and property.
• Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action.
• Complete all required reports and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must have 5-7 years' experience in armed security.
• Must have FTO/Supervisor experience.
• Must have a valid state-issued armed security license.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have certifications in OC, Baton and handcuffing.
• Must have your own weapon (9mm at least) duty belt, handcuffs and level 3 holster.
