NEIS is seeking a Customer Support Representative as we continue to grow our team! Customer Support Representatives helps with any customer complaints, documents files and ensures excellent customer service is being met.

Job Responsibilities : Maintain working knowledge of customer requirements and apply them to all tasks handled Understand what NEIS does and the purpose of performing audits and surveys in order to answer basic questions Field customer communications, provide accurate and thorough responses Properly document case file progress reports Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Respond thoroughly and promptly to customer inquiries Acknowledge and facilitate resolution of customer complaints Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Actively participate in team meetings and provide feedback Strictly follow all security requirements Job Requirements : High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Positive attitude and adaptability Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset Proficient use of phones, computer software, and technology Experience working with customer support F amiliarity with various file formats Working knowledge using Microsoft applications Organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize and manage workload Trouble-shooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation and Benefits : Benefit package with health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage options 401(k) retirement plan option with company matching Generous paid time off policy and 7 paid holidays Salary is $17-$18 per hour Weekly pay 401(k) plan with company matching and immediate vesting We look forward to you joining the team!
