Position Available:
We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join us. This exciting position works directly with customers ensuring their vehicles are safe and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate must be a customer focused team player that enjoys staying busy throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers instore, on the phone, or online making sure they know how much we appreciate the opportunity to assist them.
• Gather information from the customer and work with the technicians and parts department to find a solution for the customer.
• Efficiently schedule customer appointments and workflow through the service department.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both our customers and fellow employees.
• Efficiently communicate with customers about the progress of their automotive repairs.
• Checking out customers and ensuring a proper delivery back to the customer.
• Efficiently keep training up to date.

Skills:

• Successful background in automotive repair, sales or customer service
• New car dealership experience is a large plus
• Real world knowledge in automotive repair
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while being a servant leader
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be tech savvy and detail oriented
