Candidate was placed as a project manager and had good technical skills = from project management perspective technical documentation, project planning, GAMP Charts BUT the challenge with the candidate was that he wasn t very engaging & had difficulty with relationship management & rapport with stakeholders. This is a Senior Level position and they need some who is a GO-GETTER and can come in a be personable and manage these projects within Finance/Oracle Cloud. They need to be very knowledgeable.
Hybrid Morristown, NJ (every other week on site non-negotiable)
On-going contract We need a project manager with a proven track record of success to lead our Finance pillar through the implementation of Oracle at CentraState (the hospital), and to provide some structure for some of our Atlantic Health focused projects as well. Strong PM skills, thorough understanding of Finance operations are required. Knowledge of Oracle would be a very strong benefit (we need this.)
