We are looking for a talented Call Center Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

Position Overview: The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our inside sales team within a dynamic call center environment. This role demands a proactive and results-driven individual who possesses a proven track record in managing sales teams within similar settings. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives fostering a high-performance culture, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives in a fast-paced call-center environment.
2. Set clear sales targets, objectives, and performance metrics for the team and individuals.
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales goals.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
6. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to ensure their seamless integration into the team.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to align strategies and optimize customer experiences.
8. Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
9. Lead by example and actively engage in sales activities to demonstrate best practices.
10. Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
11. Conduct performance evaluations, one-on-one meetings, and regular team meetings to assess progress and address challenges.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within a call center or inside sales environment.
3. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and formulate strategies.
6. Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM software and sales management tools.
7. Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop sales teams to achieve their full potential.
8. Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
9. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

1. This is a full-time position based in Boca Raton.
2. May require some travel between our Boca and Miami offices.
