Aronov Management is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Gulf Shores, AL
We are seeking a self-driven Maintenance Technician who is responsible for providing an intermediate level of expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing preventive and corrective maintenance on the facility. The Maintenance Technician works with the Maintenance Supervisor and other Maintenance Technicians to ensure common buildings and amenities, as well as Aronov rental properties are properly maintained and repairs are accurately completed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform intermediate level maintenance tasks. Change out ceiling fans/light fixtures. Change or replace items, such as; light bulbs, batteries, filters, etc. Complete basic plumbing and air conditioner repairs. Troubleshoot and complete basic appliance repairs. Assist other Maintenance Technicians with various projects. Perform minor carpentry repairs involving standard measurements, specifications, instructions, and basic shop mathematics.
Performs routine preventive maintenance. Run errands, purchase supplies. Perform general cleaning and pick up trash. Paint with minimal supervision. Other duties as assigned by management
Responsible for performing general guest unit maintenance. Complete assigned daily work orders to include tasks such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc. Perform daily/weekly inspections.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Experience:
- Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
