Human Resources Business Partner – Talent Management and Organizational Development

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Talent Management and Organizational Development will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within the designated business units. The role is critical in driving the company culture, implementing HR strategies, and managing programs related to employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives.
  • Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

Talent Management and Organizational Development:

  • Lead initiatives that drive a high-performance culture.
  • Design and implement programs for leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives, including structure, process, and cultural transformation.
  • Identify talent needs and gaps within the organization.
  • Develop and manage strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.

Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation of performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback.

Training and Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs that support employee development and organizational goals.
  • Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Change Management:

  • Manage and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Provide tools and strategies to help employees and managers navigate changes effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Assessment Certifications Preferred: DISC, 360 Reviews, and Hogan Assessments
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR software and tools.
