Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shifts: Day or Night | 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week or 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Contract Duration: 13 weeks, with possible extension

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in specialized units, including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Surgery, OR, ICU, CVICU, ER, Stepdown, or PCU.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following specialties: Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Surgery, OR, ICU, CVICU, ER, Stepdown, or PCU.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications may be necessary based on the unit.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
