Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psych RN to join our Behavioral MH RN Float Pool. This position involves providing comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients in various units as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor patient medications and treatments.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in psychiatric nursing.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours as needed.
